1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Bible Glow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Bible Glow mobile application (the "App") and related services operated by AIDEM Technologies LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

3.1 Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Apple or Google. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

"User Content" includes audio recordings, chat messages, saved verses, notes, and any other content you create or upload through the App. You retain ownership of your User Content.

4.2 License to Us

By uploading or creating content through the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the service (e.g., transcription, AI summarization, cloud storage). This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account.

4.3 Content Processing

Your audio recordings are processed using third-party AI service providers for transcription and summarization. By using these features, you consent to this processing.

4.4 Prohibited Content

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIDEM Technologies LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), loss of data, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIDEM Technologies LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account through Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and all associated data.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice where practicable.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your User Content following termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall continue in effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App or on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your jurisdiction.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIDEM Technologies LTD regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor, affiliate, or acquirer of all or substantially all of our assets.
